IHRA World Nationals
Postponed to October 9th
August 29, 2004 - Norwalk, OH -
Persistent rains and an unfavorable forecast have put an
end to the 27th annual running of the Sunoco World
Nationals for now. IHRA has rescheduled eliminations
to continue on Saturday, October 9th, 2004 with a test &
tune on Friday night, October 8th. Participants are
reminded to retain their wristbands for reentry to the
event in October. Dr. Moon's RAGE with temporary
shoe, Tommy Gray, ended up in the #7 qualifying position
and is set to face #10 qualifier, Richie Stevens in the
first round of eliminations.
