Payment
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express &
Discover for your purchases. You can feel confident when
using your credit card through the eStore, as all credit
card information is secured with 128 bit SSL Security.
Your credit card is not charged until your items actually
ship.
Only the actual in stock and shipped items will be charged.
Any backordered items will not be charged until they are
back in stock and shipped to you.
Shipping
Typically, your products will ship within 1-5 business days
from our warehouse in Texas. Orders are shipped via UPS or
USPS, depending on size and weight. Both offer quality
on time shipping at reasonable rates, and all orders can be tracked
electronically, so that you can obtain up-to-date
information on the delivery status of your order. Standard
ground delivery normally adds an additional 3-5 business
days delivery time once your order has been shipped. You
designate the priority of your delivery, next day air,
second day air, or ground delivery. Charges are calculated
based on current UPS rates.
Hawaii and Alaska orders:
Customers ordering from these locations must choose to have
their order shipped 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.
International Orders:
International shipping is not available.
Product Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you
purchase from Tommy Lipar Racing. You can depend on our
cooperation and assistance if for some reason you wish to
return your purchase.
Except when noted, Tommy Lipar Racing Inc. will accept
products for return or exchange under the following
conditions:
* All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by Tommy
Lipar Racing before shipping any product to our offices. To
receive a return authorization number (RMA), please email
the Customer Service Department at
eStore@liparracing.com. Include the reason for the
return/exchange and contact information so that we may
contact you if necessary. You will receive an email response
including your RMA number and detailed return instructions.
* Note the return authorization number on the outside of the
shipping container to speed up processing of your
return/exchange.
* NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS. All returned
merchandise is subject to quality inspection. We will not
accept worn/damaged items for exchange or refund. If items
are returned in unacceptable condition, they will be
returned at customer’s expense.
