IHRA Pro Modified World Record Holder in both Elapsed Time (5.990) and Speed (237.09 mph)

Race History:

Joshua grew up in the Houston area with an affection for motor sports.  He built hot rods, street machines, and mini-trucks for himself and others while in school and earned the honor of Industrial Technology Student of the Year for his award winning technical drafting.  With the opening of Houston Raceway Park, he found himself in competition at the local E.T. series events, points races and Super Chevy events.

Joshua earned himself a few trophies in both the racing and show competitions while searching for a way to make racing a profession.  After a long journey through college and professional life outside of racing, Josh returned in 2003 with a program to put the professional team of Tommy Lipar Racing into the winner’s circle. He piloted TLR’s Alcohol Funny Car before moving to the Pro Mod ranks in 2005 where he earned four wins in his freshman year and was awarded “Rookie of the Year” by the AMS Pro Mod Challenge Series of NHRA.
